This is College Physics Answers with Shaun Dychko. 600 coulombs of charge passes through a flashlight in half an hour and we convert this time into seconds by multiplying by 3600 seconds per hour, which is 1800 seconds. So the current is the charge that passes through a point per time. So that's 600 coulombs divided by 1800 seconds which is 0.333 amps or you can say 330 milliamps.
